L Type Titanium Finned Tubes
The L Type Titanium Finned Tubes is applied to the base tube using tension deforming so that the fin foot sits flush to the base tube increaseing the efficiency of heat transfer. Th fin also acts as barrier of corrosion resistance to the base titanium tube.
LL Type Titanium Finned Tubes
The LL tube is similar in design to the L type titanium finned tube design hoever differens in that the food of the fin overlaps with the foot of the adjacent fin providing increased corrosion resistence be it at a slight loss of heat exchange properties. The LL Type tubes are typically found in more corrosive environments.
KL Type Titanium Finned Tubes
The KL Type Titanium Finned Tubes is the same the L finned tube type however the base tube undergoes knurling so as to form a stronger bond with the find and stengthen finned. Typically this is used in more aggresive environments.
G/Embedded Type Titanium Finned Tubes
G/Embedded Type Titanium Finned Tubes is a very common type of titanium finned tube. It is manufactured by “winding” a titanium strip around a grooved based tube with the fin secured in place using a back filling technique with material of the base material. The approach allows for excellent heat exchange is is used widely when both the base and fins are titanium grades that can withstand the required corrosiion levels.
Extruded Finned Tube
Titanium Extruded Finned tubes are typically used when the base material tube differs as there is the fin provide complete separation. The finned tubes are manufactured by extrusion rolling of the outside fins.

Tubes of Copper Alloy UNS No. C19200 are supplied in any one of the following tempers, one of which shall be specified on orders:1. annealed (O) 2. light-drawn (H55) 3. hard-drawn (H80) 4. hard-drawn, end-annealed.
