What is H-shaped finned tube?

H-shaped finned tube is also known as square finned tube. H-shaped finned tube is formed by welding two steel sheets with circular arc on the bare tube to form a fin, whose front shape is similar to the letter "H", so called H-shaped finned tube. The two fins of the H-shaped finned tube are rectangular, approximately square. The fin side length is about twice the diameter of the bare tube. H-shaped finned tube belong to the extended heating surface tube. H-shaped finned tubes can also be made into double tube "double H-shaped" finned tubes, which have good structural rigidity and can be used in situations with long tube rows.

H-shaped finned tube advantage

1. H-shaped fins are welded on both sides of the pipe where it is not easy to deposit ash. The air flow is straight. The air flow direction is parallel to the fins, so the fins are not easy to deposit ash.

2. A 4-10mm fin gap is left in the middle of the H-shaped fin, which can guide the air flow to purge the dust on the tube fin.
