Double S Type Fin Tube| Rectangular Finned Tube:

Double S Type Fin Tube is short for double square type fin tube, So it also called rectangular finned tubes, as the name suggests, have a rectangular cross-section for the fins instead of the more common circular or elliptical cross-sections. The rectangular shape provides increased fin surface area compared to circular fins, resulting in enhanced heat transfer performance. Rectangular fins are welded onto two round base tubes.

Base Tube O.D.: 31.8 - 57 mm

Fin Size: 60 - 145 mm

Fin Thickness: 2 - 3 mm

Double S Type Fin Tube Fields of application:

Economisers, Biolers, Heat Exchangers. Often used in non-corrosive gas streams, minimal resistance to gas flow and the straight gas paths inhibit fouling and ease cleaning.
