We enclose illustrative drawings relating to another supply but necessary to demonstrate the type of processing and assembly, as regards the titanium materials indicated in these attachments, they are not to be foreseen and as regards quantities and dimensions, use the above described ITEMS 1 and 2.

Certificate and relation of the mechanical and chemical test.
Load of your materials on container 40” OT supplied by us.
Caps of protection on the two extremity of the tube.
Packaging in wood with vapor barrier bags and salts suitable for maritime transport (Indicate the price separately).
Manufacturer declaration and different certificate of conformity.
DECLARATION LONG TERM for EUR.1 (if the manufacturer is European)
Declaration of origin of the goods for the certificate of origin (if the manufacturer is European)
Assistance to the inspection of our supply.
Technical, mechanical and fisychal schedule of the products below from the manufacturer and accepted by a third part.

Tubi alettati in acciaio al carbonio senza saldatura Ø25X2,77 MW. BWG12 Kg/Mt. 1,650 lunghezza 6000mm norma ASME SA 179 lunghezza parte alettata 5880mm, alette in Alluminio AL1060 Ø57-ep 4/10- passo delle alette 2,3mm, tipo di alettatura estrusa.
ITEM 2 N° 420 Pezzi di tubi alettati:
Tubi alettati in acciaio al carbonio senza saldatura Ø25,4X2,5 MW. Kg/Mt. 1,509 lunghezza 9000mm norma ASME SA 179 lunghezza parte alettata 8880mm, alette in Alluminio AL1060 Ø57-ep 4/10- passo delle alette 2,3mm, tipo di alettatura estrusa.
Alleghiamo disegni illustrativi relativi ad unaltra fornitura ma necessari per dimostrare il tipo di lavorazioni ed assemblaggio, per quanto riguarda i materiali del titanio indicato nei presenti in allegato non sono da prevedere e per quanto riguarda quantità e dimensioni avvalersi di quanto sopra descritto ITEMS 1 e 2.
Rimarrà a vostro carico gli oneri finanziari e la seguente documentazione con relativi servizi:
Certificati EN10204/3.1 di tutti i componenti.
Certificato di origine dei materiali.
Certificati e relazione dei test meccanici e chimici.
Carico dei vostri materiali su container 40” OT di nostra fornitura.
Tappi di protezioni sulle due estremità dei tubi.
Imballo in legno pesanti con sacchi barriera vapore e sali adatte per trasporto marittimo (Indicare prezzi separati).
Dichiarazione fabbricante e vari certificati di conformità.
DICHIARAZIONE A LUNGO TERMINE x EUR.1(se il fabbricante è europeo)
Dichiarazione di origine della merce x Certificato di origine(se il fabbricante è europeo)
Penale:10% a settimana con franchigia. Max 50% dell’ordine.
I materiali dovranno essere di origine europea diversamente indicarlo nella vostra offerta.
Assistenza alla visita governativa di nostra fornitura.
Schede tecniche meccaniche e fisiche dei prodotti sottoscritti dal costruttore ed accettati da una terza parte.
La vostra offerta tecnica commerciale dovrà indicare:
Prezzo unitario e totale.
Peso unitario e peso totale.
Numero delle casse (indicare peso per ogni cassa/imballo).
Tempi di consegna dal ricevimento del nostro ordine di acquisto.
Condizioni di pagamento.
