   - Compared to other tube arrangements, the H-fin tube economizer demonstrates 3-4 times higher wear life under similar conditions, with wear rate proportional to flue gas velocity and ash concentration.

2. H Type Fin Tube Fouling Reduction:

   - The H-type fins, with their well-spaced configuration, minimize fouling formation. Fouling occurs mainly on the tube surface and the windward side facing away.

   - Staggered tube arrangements facilitate easier cleaning and reduce fouling on the tubes back. In contrast, in-line arrangements are more prone to fouling columns.

   - The H-type fins design, with fins welded on both sides of the tube, reduces fouling. The airflow direction remains constant, preventing hard fouling.

   - The intermediate gap in H-type fins allows for effective blowing to remove fouling, with a range of 4-10㎜.
