What is seamless copper low finned tubes?

How is the seamless copper low finned tubes manufactured?

Seamless copper low fin tube is processed and produced by rolling method (three roll cross rolling). Its working principle is: the smooth tube is lined with a mandrel, the tube material is driven by the roller blade to make a spiral linear movement, and the fins are gradually processed on its outer surface through the pass formed by the roller groove and the mandrel. In order to facilitate the fin forming, three stages of biting, rolling and shaping are adopted in the deformation process of the rolled piece to make the processed fins complete, smooth and regular. The seamless copper low fin tube produced by this method is an organic whole of the base tube and the outer fin Therefore, the seamless copper low finned tube has no problems of contact thermal resistance loss and electrical corrosion, and has good heat transfer efficiency and strong deformation resistance.
