What Are Aluminum Extruded Fin Tubes?

Aluminum Extruded Fin Tubes are manufactured by inserting a base tube (fluid handling tube) into a thick aluminum sleeve. Through a cold extrusion process, fins are formed directly from the aluminum sleeve material, creating a seamless, high-performance heat transfer surface.

These specialized tubes eliminate the risk of galvanic corrosion at the fin root while providing exceptional mechanical resistance and long-term performance consistency.
