TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

1.Tubes end at one side should be prepared for rolling and the other side should be prepared for welding.

2. Each item should be covered by plastic caps.

3. Each item should be packed in wooden boxes separately with weatherproof lining durable and suitable for overseas shipment and handling.

4. The origin country should be one of the following: Japan, USA, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Netherland, Austria, Poland and United Kingdom

5.Origin certificate should be submitted which must be stamped by Iraqi embassy in the origin country.

6.The delivered material without inspection authorities issues, relevant reports, mill and origin certificates shall be unacceptable.

7.The third party inspection activities should be issued in a separate inspection certificate according to (EN 10204 type 3.2), which confirm that all materials and products are in compliance with the requirements of the order and in which test results are supplied.

8.  Inspection: All the destructive and the non-destructive tests with supplementary requirements should be applied (on the raw & supplied material) according to the required ASTM specification and its related standards for each item.

- The mill testing should include the following activities: • Chemical analysis • Mechanical & hardness tests. • Visual inspection • Dimensions check. • Hydrostatic Test or its alternative (non-destructive electric test) that performed for the full body of each tube & pipe. • Ultrasonic

Examination for items manufactured according to A-234 & A-403 specifications should be applied. - The mill testing results mentioned above should be provided in fully detailed certificates.

- The mill certificates should be reviewed and approved by one of the following third party inspection companies: • TÜV Rheinland international • Intertek  ATG • SGS • BureaVeritas • Rina AL-Rookal - The task of third party inspection should include inspection at least 10%.
