Tubesheets SA-240-304|A36 Baffle Plates

2 tubesheets, SA-516-70N X 43 1/16” diameter with a finished thickness of 3 9/16” thk (both sides to be machined finish). There needs to be 1226 holes drilled at 0.7500”and finish 0.7580” completed with two grooving. 6 holes drilled tap 1/2” NC for tie rod. Drill the bolts circle to match with below flanges.
30 baffle plates, 37 13/16” OD x ¼” thk, A36/44W material c/w 1226 holes drill 25/32” and 6 holes 9/16” for tie rod.
2 each Flanges as per attached sketch drawing Forging flange SA-350 LF2 CL1.
Two sets of the U bend per attached schedule ¾” OD X 0.0830” MW SA-179
1 tubesheet, SA-240-304 SS X 38 1/8” diameter with a finished thickness of 3 15/16” thk (both sides to be machined finish). There needs to be 588 holes drilled at 0.7500”and finish 0.7580” completed with two grooving and 8 holes drilled and tap ½” dia NC for tie rod. Also the bolt circle to match with 32” CL-300 ASME SERIES A RFWN Flange.
5 baffle plates, 29 13/16” OD x 3/8” thk, SA-240-304 SS material c/w 588 holes drill 25/32” and 8 holes 9/16” for tie rod.
294 pieces ¾” OD x 0.0650” thk SA-213TP304 SS per schedule attached. Please provide 1 extra bend per roll.

34 baffle plates, 17 1/8” OD x 3/16” thk, SA-240-304 SS material c/w 132 holes drill 25/32” and 6 holes 9/16” for tie rod.
140 pieces ¾” OD x 0.0650” thk x 20’ -0” long SA-213TP304 SS.

13 baffle plates, 36 ¼” OD x 5/16” thk, SA-240-304 SS material c/w 995 holes drill 25/32” and 8 holes 9/16” for tie rod.
