What is finned tube heat exchanger?

The finned tube heat exchanger is a compact heat exchanger, usually used for air (gas) and water or (steam) heat exchangers. The material with good thermal conductivity is used as fin, which wound or expanded or Welded on the outside of the tube to enhance the heat transfer effect on the air (gas) side.
I.Type of heat exchange tube for finned tube heat exchanger:
1. There are cost-effective wound finned tubes;
2. Extruded/Rolled aluminum fin tube with high heat transfer coefficient;
3. Welded finned tube with high temperature resistance;
4. H-shaped finned tube for dust-resistant working conditions.
II.Material of finned tube heat exchanger:
1. There are cost-effective carbon steel pipes and copper and aluminum fins with high thermal conductivity;
2. There are corrosion-resistant metal heat exchange tubes such as 304, 316L, ND steel, and 2205;
3. There are high temperature resistant heat-resistant steel, 309S, 310S and other materials.

1.Air cooler: used in petrochemical industry and oil and gas processing and production as condensing and cooling, refrigeration equipment condenser and evaporator.
2.Air preheater: used in drying or drying process steam or hot water heating air or process gas.
3.Flue gas waste heat recovery device: the application of chemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical and other industrial process waste gas and flue gas waste heat recovery to produce hot water as process water or domestic heating.
Oil cooler: Used for oil cooling in hydraulic systems and lubrication systems in plastic machinery, engineering machinery, mining machinery, automobiles, steel, wind power, aerospace and other industries.
